Warranty Repairs
The following Companies are certified repair depots for the Extractor warranty work. If you require repairs, please call Extractor @ 877 628-8837 with the serial number of your tool.
1. If your tool is within the 12 month warranty period, Extractor will issue an RMA #. Ship your tool prepaid to the repair facility. They will return it to you freight paid. Warrantee starts after installer purchase.
2. If your tool is not under warranty, the repair facility will give you an estimate. Caution: if you ask for a repair estimate and do not do the repair, they will charge you for the estimate and return freight.
